Columbia Credit Union granted Innovative Service NW $10,000 to go toward technology improvements. Some of the money will go toward the $107,300 needed to purchase a new accounting, human resources and fixed asset software system.
Last week, the nonprofit announced that the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust awarded $54,000 to go toward hardware and software upgrades.
Innovative Services NW serves more than 1,700 children and adults through its programs, which include pediatric therapy, employment services, an early learning center and a janitorial program. The Vancouver-based nonprofit was established in 1963.
