WASHOUGAL — The Washougal Police Department now has an online mapping tool where residents, or those who are curious, can review crime reports from around the area.
The map’s data is synced with the department records system, and automatically maps and presents summary information from crime reports, according to a news release from the department.
Users can see use the map to see crime reports in their neighborhood or sign up for neighborhood watch report emails.
The map is available at www.cityofwashougal.us/crime-map.
Washougal joins Vancouver and Battle Ground in having the online mapping service available.
