Concerned Humans Against Poverty hold candidate forum

There will be a candidate forum sponsored by Concerned Humans Against Poverty, or CHAP held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 1309 Franklin St., in Vancouver. Local city council and mayoral candidates among others are expected to attend.
