A Gresham, Ore., woman appeared Monday in Superior Court after a Clark County man reportedly found her snoozing in his spare bedroom early Sunday morning.
Angel L. Umemoto, 20, faces allegations of first-degree criminal trespassing, custodial assault and being a minor in possession of alcohol-consumption.
Clark County sheriff’s deputies responded about 1:20 a.m. to a residence in the 3600 block of Northeast 54th Street after a man called 911 to report finding an unknown woman asleep in his spare bedroom. The resident wasn’t sure how the woman got inside, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
The woman, later identified as Umemoto, was unresponsive as deputies tried to wake her up, and she smelled heavily of alcohol, the affidavit said.
