Two Vancouver men are among 17 cited this month as part of an ongoing sex trafficking enforcement campaign by Portland police.
Konstantin Igumnov, 28, and Dmitri Omelco, 29, were both cited for criminal sexual solicitation, according to a news release from the Portland Police Bureau.
They and the others are accused of replying to online ads placed by undercover officers posing as prostitutes.
The sting operations took place at various hotels in Portland that agreed to cooperate with police.
