Monday morning commuters were ushered into the work week with clogged Clark County highways after a five-vehicle crash on the Interstate 5 Bridge.
The crash on the bridge was reported about 6:30 a.m. and blocked the middle lane for about an hour, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
Traffic cameras showed vehicles on the highway moving at a stop-and-go pace back to Hazel Dell. Other arterial highways felt the effects of the delay, with heavy traffic reported on state Highway 500 and Interstate 205.
The crash involved five vehicles and no major injuries, according to Washington State Patrol Trooper Will Finn. One person reported complaining of neck and back pain, he said.
