A Clark County man was one of 19 men arrested in an undercover sex trafficking mission conducted by Portland police earlier this year.
Michael James Biegalke, 64, of Camas was arrested on suspicion of commercial sexual solicitation and third-degree sex abuse in the mission, which lasted from May 31 to June 9, according to Portland police.
Investigators posted online ads of known sex trafficking websites and 19 men contacted undercover police officers to arrange payments for sexual acts. Portland area hotels assisted in the effort.
