Esther Short — Columbia Bank’s second Warm Hearts Winter Drive brought in $209,335.96 and 8,410 items for 54 homeless shelters throughout the Northwest, including $2,135 for Share House raised locally in Clark County. Last year, the drive collected $157,000 and nearly 12,000 items. Donations were made online through www.warmheartswinterdrive.com and cash and winter attire were collected at all Columbia Bank locations in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, and 100 percent of clothing and money donated went directly to the shelters and relief organizations that partnered with Columbia Bank.
