Vancouver – Hats, underwear, gloves, socks and personal care items will be distributed to those in need today by Friends of the Carpenter, a local nonprofit.
The distribution will be from 1-3 p.m. at the Friendship Center, 1600 W. 20th St.
Hands of Favor, a local organization that provides at-risk citizens in our local community with free haircuts and grooming services, will provide free haircuts.
