Mountain View bounced back from a 21-point loss to Hudson’s Bay to take Kelso down to the wire.

The Thunder were tied with Kelso with two minutes to go. The Hilanders missed a 3-pointer with 15 seconds left, but Nick Moore got the rebound and putback basket to give Kelso a four-point edge.

“This was a game that could have gone either way,” Mountain View coach Aaron Shepherd said. “I was pleased with how our guys reponded after playing on of their worst games of the year the other night.”

Alex Bailey led the Thunder with 14 points.
