A man was found dead early Saturday morning in Vancouver’s Image neighborhood, according to the Vancouver Police Department.
Police responded to reports of shots fired shortly after 4 a.m. to the 12500 block of Northeast 28th Street, according to a police news release. Officers found the man’s body in the area.
“There is no suspect information at this time, but detectives do not believe there is a threat to the general public,” the news release said.
Information on the man’s identity or exact cause of his death was not released.
The case is being investigated by the Vancouver Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit, the news release said.
