Isaiah Sampson scored eight of his 15 points in the crucial fourth quarter and Ben Cooke had seven of his 12 in the quarter as well as the Papermakers held off hot-shooting Mountain View.
Treton Carlisle scored 13 of his 15 points in the first half for Camas (10-2), which trailed going into the final quarter.
Alex Bailey had the hot hand for Mountain View (3-6), scoring 11 of his game-high 21 points in the fourth quarter to keep the Thunder in the game.
