The Falcons’ hot offensive start, once again, was sparked by its outside shooting, spearheaded by three 3-pointers from Dante Heitschmidt, who finished with 16 points in Prairie’s opening game of the SunDome Shootout.

Kam Osborn led all scorers with 32 points, as the Falcons hit 13 3s as a team. Prairie faces Kamiakin at 4:30 p.m. Friday.

Defensively, coach Kyle Brooks noted, a goal was to contain teams to single-digit scoring quarters, as the Falcons did by outscoring Port Angeles 23-7 in the first quarter.
