The Vancouver Police Department is on the lookout for a Christmas Grinch who has allegedly been stealing packages from porches.
Police have responded to about four reports of a man taking packages across town, including the 4400 block of 136th Street, the 2200 block of 44th Street and two houses on I Street. Security footage captured video and photos of the man wandering around houses then taking off with the boxes, said Vancouver Police Sgt. Pat Moore, and some homeowners have tried to confront the suspect.
