Camas — Union High School was named to the Alliance for a Healthier Generation’s 2017 list of America’s Healthiest Schools, making the Evergreen Public Schools campus one of 323 schools around the country to receive the honor. To make the list, Union had to satisfy a set of criteria, which included serving healthier meals and snacks, getting students moving more, offering high-quality physical and health education, and empowering school leaders to become healthy role models. Union was one of six schools in the state to make the list, and the only one in Clark County. The other five Washington schools are all in Longview.
