Ridgefield had no answer for the Panthers’ interior game, which in part helped the Panthers move to 2-0 in league play in a game that saw 39 fouls called, technical fouls for both head coaches and 50 free throws shot between the Panthers and Spudders.
Washougal outscored Ridgefield 20-11 in the third quarter to begin pulling away in its road victory. Beyonce Bea had 21 points and younger sister, Skylar Bea, added 14.
Devi Dugan paced the Spudders with 20 points, including 16 in the second half.
