Some apartments could be built at the site of the former Vancouver Moose Lodge, according to recent city filings.
A pre-application filed this week with the city of Vancouver requests permits to build a pair of three-story apartments, called Moose Apartments, at 11018 N.E. 18th St.
A total of 44 units could be built, as well as two buildings for garage and storage.
Moose Lodge No. 1774 still owns the property, according to Clark County property records. MAJ Development, based in Vancouver, is attached to develop the project.
