Pacific Middle School seventh-grader published in Highlights

Fisher-Mill Plain — Pacific Middle School seventh-grader Hailey Smith, 12, was published in the November 2017 issues of Highlights magazine. Hailey was published in the “Your Own Pages” section. She enjoys drawing, playing guitar and riding her bike, and wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up. Highlights readers send the magazine more than 35,000 submissions a year, and Hailey was one of 42 children selected to appear in the November issue, according to a release from Highlights.
