Long sets town hall meeting: Carolyn Long, the fourth Democrat to throw her hat in the ring for the 3rd Congressional District seat, is hitting the campaign trail. Long formally announced her candidacy Nov. 30. She will hold a town hall meeting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the downtown Vancouver Community Library.
