The westbound offramp to Evergreen Boulevard on state Highway 14 will be closed from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Dec. 15.
The city of Vancouver will once again work on a water line improvement project to extend the life on an existing water main that crosses beneath state Highway 14, from East Evergreen Boulevard to Southeast Evergreen Highway, east of Chelsea Avenue.
The project is also expected to require closures of the ramp for a week in January. The city encourages drivers to use caution when driving through the construction zone.
