RIDGEFIELD 44, ABERDEEN 43 (OT) — The Spudders didn’t lead all game, but picked a good time to go ahead.
Kade Ramey had 17 pionts, including the game-sealing bucket in overtime to help Ridgefield get past Aberdeen 44-43 on Friday night.
The Spudders shot 4-22 from 3-point range, and 8-28 from the free throw line.
“Any time you can have those numbers and win a gam, you feel good about it,” Ridgefield coach Jason Buffum said. “For these guys, winning a close game can go a long way.”
Aberdeen led by seven with three minutes to go.
Ramey’s floater with four seconds left in regulation forced overtime.
“We never really felt like we were doing the right thing, never felt like we were going to win, then we came alive,” Buffum said.
