Girls basketball: Woodland 82, Castle Rock 20

Nicole Guthrie scored 26 points, Payten Foster added 20 and the Beavers cruised to a home win.

Guthrie, a 6-foot post, added 12 rebounds as Woodland (3-1) took advantage of its height. Dana Glovick added 10 points and six rebounds. McKenna Flanagan had 10 points and six steals.

Woodland used a full-court press in the first quarter, which ended with the Beavers leading 30-3.
