Girls basketball: Columbia River 45, Mountain View 37

Sydney Flores-Tucker scored 11 points and Columbia River used a fourth quarter run to beat Mountain View 45-37 on Monday.

The win marks first-year coach Will Jones’ first win with the program.

Down seven at end of third, Erin Baker hit two 3s and Jordan Ryan and Sydney Flores-Tucker combined for nine steals as River held on.

Jordan Ryan finished with eight points and 10 rebounds for River and Katie Kolbe added seven boards.

Dejah Wilson, Lauren Coop and Jenna Carlson each scored eight to lead Mountain View.
