Local homebuilder completes 3,000th house

Battle Ground — Pacific Lifestyle Homes celebrated its 20th anniversary in business last year and celebrated another milestone on Aug. 24 when it completed its 3,000th home. The single-level 3,486-square-foot home in Battle Ground has an open concept, a den near the entry, formal dining room, three-car garage, bonus room and patio off the master suite. The company has two niche styles of home: estate-style homes on acreage and homes in planned communities that contain neighborhood amenities such as pools, clubhouses and walking trails.
