Though the college football season doesn’t start in earnest until next weekend, a handful of teams kicked off on Saturday.
And those teams have a few Clark County players on their roster.
Among them is Cameron Loos, a Hockinson grad who now plays tight end for Portland State. The sophomore transferred during the offseason from New Mexico State, where he appeared in nine games last season.
Saturday, Loos saw action as Portland State hung with BYU on the road, eventually falling 20-6.
Dozens of Clark County players will start their seasons next weekend. Each week, we’ll post updates based on official game statistics.
