Vancouver — PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center invites all 4,200 NICU babies and their families for a Holtzman Twins NICU baby reunion from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.
The festival, which will be in the front lawn of the hospital at the corner of Northeast 92nd Avenue and East Mill Plain Boulevard, is open to anyone who has been a patient, sibling, parent or grandparent. The carnival will feature games and food.
The event is free.
