Eagle Scout

John Keller, 18, a graduate of Jesuit High School in Portland, received his Eagle Scout award Aug. 5 at a ceremony at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Vancouver. For his Eagle project, John worked toward the rehabilitation of an American Civil War-era cannon for the Fort Vancouver National Trust which is on display on the grounds of the O.O. Howard House near the entrance to the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site. John is the son of Richard and Patty Keller of Vancouver and will attend the University of Washington this fall.
