Vancouver – The westbound state Highway 14 onramp to northbound Interstate 5 will be closed between 10 a.m and 11:30 a.m. this morning.
The Washington State Patrol will close the ramp to conduct an investigation, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation. Drivers will need to choose an alternative route during that time.
