Miss Teen La Center 2017 crowned

La Center — The 15th annual Miss Teen La Center Scholarship Pageant was held on July 22, and Mia Crocker was crowned Miss Teen La Center 2017 during the ceremony by Hallie Nelson, Miss Teen La Center 2016. The rest of the court was made up by Danielle Gawronski, fourth runner-up, Sierra House, third runner-up, Grace Nolan, second runner-up, and Emmy Storm, first runner-up. The court will act as ambassadors for the city in local parades and festivals. Just three days after the pageant, they helped cater a TV commercial shoot for Grover Electric & Plumbing, and then marched in the La Center Our Days parade, where they also helped facilitate the Beautiful Baby Contest and bingo. They also worked in the Clark County Dairy Women’s booth at the Clark County Fair.
