Exchange students to spend year in Clark County

The Council on International Educational Exchange will bring three international high school students to Clark County for the upcoming school year. The students — coming from Brazil and Germany — are expected to arrive today. The three students will stay with different host families, one in Woodland, one in Battle Ground and one in Vancouver.

The nonprofit is also in need of host families, as other international students are ready to come over, but first need a place to stay. Families interested in hosting an international exchange student are asked to contact Jessie Burney, exchange local coordinator, at 360-772-6783 or visit www.ciee.org/host to learn more.
