Primetime wins its final at Senior Babe Ruth World Series

Scheer and Reeves lead way in win over Blue Lick, Ky.

Andre Scheer pitched 6 2/3 solid innings and Parker Reeves had two doubles as Primetime beat Blue Lick, Ky., 4-2 in their final pool-play game at the Senior Babe Ruth Baseball World Series in Ephrata.

Primetime finished pool play with 1-3 record, tied with Blue Lick for fourth place in their five-team pool. The top three teams in each of the two pools advanced to Thursday’s elimination round.

Scheer allowed two runs on seven hits with five strikeouts for the victory.

Jasper Rank, Jake Hammond and Hayden Williamson also had hits for Primetime.
