Woodland – Issues at the Ranney pump house have been resolved, and water restrictions in Woodland were lifted Monday morning, according to an announcement from the city sent out after 10 a.m.
The city issued the restrictions Thursday morning thanks to a “low flow” situation at the pump house, and asked residential water customers to limit water use to inside households. Construction crews were asked to limit water use on “any non-essential use for construction.”
On Thursday, Mike Peterson with the city’s water plant said the pump had a mechanical issue, which was fixed the same day.
As the forecast calls for temperatures in the 90s this week, the city asks that customers use water conscientiously and conserve when able.
