Health worker report

The Columbian
Published: April 29, 2017, 5:55am

The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In March, the secretary of health indefinitely suspended the massage practitioner credential of Rawle A. Morris, who didn’t provide adequate proof of having completed required continuing education.

In April, the secretary of health conditionally granted a registered nursing assistant credential to Bianca Garay and placed her on probation for at least one year. Garay must complete continuing education in theft awareness. In 2016, Garay entered a diversion agreement on a third-degree theft charge.
