The Prevent Coalition will celebrate 10 years at its spring meeting Thursday.

The meeting is 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Educational Service District 112, Klickitat and Skamania rooms, 2500 N.E. 65th Ave. Prevent’s mission is to support and connect communities to build resilience and prevent youth substance use.

The meeting will include an overview of Prevent’s past and present community impact and highlight what’s to come. Prevent Coalition — formerly Prevent! — is also unveiling its new name, logo and website (www.preventcoalition.org).

There will also be a preview of the newest social media campaign for youth alcohol prevention created by the Strong Teens Against Substance Abuse, Hazards and Abuse youth group.
