Ridgefield — A group students from Cedar Tree Classical Christian School in Ridgefield took a spring break trip to Mexico, where they helped build a house as part of the fifth annual Spring Break Mexico Service Trip.
In addition to building a home for a family, the students painted murals and walls for the grammar school and a church, and performed some choral pieces from their music and Spanish classes.
The group who went on the service trip was made up of 31 students and eight parent chaperones.
