The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is asking people to keep an eye out for an 83-year-old woman who went missing since checking out of her assisted living facility in Orchards late Wednesday morning.

The sheriff’s office said Lunetta M. Hinzman was last seen around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, when she checked herself out of Brookdale Vancouver Orchards Assisted Living Facility, 10011 N.E. 118th Ave.

She was going bowling at Hazel Dell Lanes but never arrived, according to the sheriff’s office.

Hinzman was driving a dark blue 2001 Buick Park Avenue. The sedan has Washington license plates DP432111, which are plates for those with a disability.

Hinzman is white, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes. The sheriff’s office said it didn’t have a clothing description, but said she wears Coke-bottle-style glasses.

Family members told the sheriff’s office Hinzman is beginning to show signs of memory loss and may have forgotten how to get home. She’s also on daily medications, but none that are life-sustaining, the sheriff’s office added.

The sheriff’s office asked anyone who spots Hinzman or her car to call 911.
