Camas police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 16-year-old boy.

Officers said that Cole Burbank was last seen in class at about 7:45 a.m. Thursday at Camas High School. He left in his black 2010 Honda Accord, license plate AKW3441, to the Clark College area where he attended running start classes, but he never showed up and has not been seen or heard from since, police said.

Burbank’s family reports that this type of behavior is not common and that they are very concerned for his welfare.

He is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing dark jeans and a dark sweatshirt.

If anyone sees Burbank or his vehicle, or if anyone has information on his whereabouts, they are asked to call 911 right away.
