Clark County Manager Mark McCauley has submitted his annual report to the county council, and it’s now available online.
The 40-page report highlights the county’s accomplishments and initiatives, including the county’s embrace of the Servant Leadership philosophy, which seeks to boost employee motivation and engagement.
The report highlights how Clark and Skamania counties became the first in the state to merge mental health and substance abuse treatments with primary care in Washington’s Medicaid system. McCauley also called attention to a new online permitting system for builders, developers, architects and homeowners.
The report lists the many accolades earned by county staff as well as community philanthropic efforts.
