Robert “Rob” Wolff Horenstein, 18, son of Cindy and Steve Horenstein, and grandson of Margit Johnson and Earl and Suzanne Horenstein of Vancouver, recently earned his Eagle Scout award. A graduate of Vancouver iTech Preparatory High School, Horenstein is currently a junior attending Seattle University, having obtained his AA from Clark College through Running Start.

For his Eagle project, Horenstein raised funds for and shipped soccer equipment to a Ukrainian orphanage. The children there had never before played soccer.

Rob is the fifth member of the Horenstein family to earn his Eagle rank. He was a member of Boy Scout Troop 648. This fall he will enter St. Mary’s University in London to study sports management.
