Whether your musical taste runs to good ole boys in cowboy hats or jets piloted by rock lobsters, the Clark County Fair has you covered.
The fair’s opening-weekend concert series for 2017, announced Monday, features Southern-rock architects the Marshall Tucker Band, neo-retro-astro-new-wavers the B-52s, soulful singer-songwriter Melissa Etheridge and contemporary country-pop band Old Dominion.
Reserved tickets for these concerts, which take place inside the fair’s Excavator Rental Services Grandstand, will go on sale 10 a.m. April 17 at www.ClarkCoFair.com. Ticket prices are $20 to $30, with fair admission included.
Or, try your luck by simply attending the fair and hoping to score a spare (unreserved) seat in the grandstands. Admission to the fair this year will be $11.25 per adult.
