Catholic Community Services seeks drivers for its Volunteer Chore Program to drive elderly or disabled people to medical appointments, the grocery store and on other essential errands. Mileage reimbursement is available, and drivers must have a clean driving record, insurance and a safe vehicle.

Evergreen Habitat for Humanity seeks volunteers to help with home construction work, by pouring foundations, framing walls, installing sheetrock and painting. Shifts are on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Individuals or groups are welcome.

Friends of the Carpenter is looking for volunteers to help with cutting, gluing, and sanding crafts, drawing, music, devotional set up and clean up. Volunteers may work with guests with various disabilities.

Got Bold Events is looking for a variety of help at an event on April 9 in Woodland.

Evergreen Public Schools has many students who could benefit from a weekly meeting with lunch buddy. Listen and share time with a child who has difficulties at home or in school.

Salvation Army needs food room workers, truck drivers and administrative volunteers for morning or afternoon weekday shifts.

Clark County Public Service Center is looking for information desk volunteers to greet and direct visitors during morning or afternoon weekday shifts.

Vancouver Farmers Market is looking for help at its Shop and Drop booth. Volunteers handle merchandise transactions, track inventory, count customers and collect other data during morning or afternoon shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.

NatureScaping of SW Washington welcomes garden volunteers at work parties, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays at the Wildlife Botanical Gardens in Brush Prairie. No gardening experience necessary. To help, contact volunteers@naturescaping.org or call 360-737-1160.
