Battle Ground —Kindergarten enrollment for the 2017-18 school year is open at Battle Ground Public Schools.
Parents can now enroll their children online or at the Connect to Kindergarten week from April 17 to 21.
Any child who will be 5 years old before Sept. 1 is eligible for kindergarten. Families must fill out required forms and provide required documents, including verification of the child’s birthdate and a signed and completed immunization status form.
School starts Aug. 30. Kindergartners will meet in small groups for the first three days, allowing them to get acclimated to the routine of school, the district said in a news release.
