Vancouver – A town hall and a claims clinic for veterans benefits will be Saturday at the Vancouver campus of the VA Portland Health Care System. The events will be co-hosted by the directors of VA Portland Health Care System and the Portland Regional Office of the Veterans Benefits Administration. Veterans, their family members and interested members of the public are welcome to attend.
Veterans can meet with VBA claims representatives to discuss specific claims from 10 a.m. to about noon.
Starting at 10:30 a.m., a town hall-style meeting will be hosted by the two VA directors who will provide information, address questions and listen to suggestions.
The events will be in the Columbia Room, on the third floor of Building 11. The address of the Vancouver Veterans Affairs campus is at 1601 E. Fourth Plain Blvd.; however, the entry closest to Building 11 is off Fort Vancouver Way, across the street from Clark College.
