Rotary Club visits from India

Landover-Sharmel — Evergreen Public Schools played host to some visitors from across the world. Members from Rotary District 3102 from Ghaziabad, India, were in Vancouver on Sept. 15 and toured some local school buildings. The guests visited and learned about Cascadia Tech Academy, Henrietta Lacks Health and Bioscience High School and Marrion Elementary School. John Steach, deputy superintendent for Evergreen Public Schools, and a member of the Rotary Club of Greater Clark County, invited the club members from India to stop by and tour some district buildings as part of their Rotary Friendship Exchange.
