Clark County – The Clark County council on Wednesday voted 3-2 to approve a $175,000 separation agreement with a county staff member.
But which county employee will receive the money is unknown. County Manager Mark McCauley and Chairman Marc Boldt, no party preference, declined to comment, saying they were unable to under the agreement.
Republican Councilors David Madore and Tom Mielke voted against the agreement, while Boldt and Republican Councilors Jeanne Stewart and Julie Olson approved it.
