Felida native Alicia Cooper, representing Washington at the Miss America pageant tonight in Atlantic City, N.J., has advanced to the top 15.
The pageant began at 6 p.m. PDT and will be televised on the West Coast at 9 p.m. on ABC (KATU, Channel 2).
