Ka’imi Henry rushed for 113 yards and two touchdowns as W.F. West outgained Ridgefield 405-220.
The Spudders were also hurt by committing four turnovers.
“Our defense played really well,” Ridgefield coach Kim Ulman said. “Our offense played well at times. But the big issue for us were those four turnovers.”
The Spudders were held to 52 yards on offense. Tucker Roberts completed a 25-yard touchdown pass to Tyson Guerrero in the fourth quarter to avoid the shutout.
“I’m proud of our kids for hanging in there because this was a game that could have gotten out of hand,” Ulman said.
