The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In May, the Nursing Assistant Program indefinitely suspended the certified nursing assistant credential of Glen R. Tilden, who didn’t comply with a substance abuse monitoring contract.

In May, the secretary of health suspended the certified nursing assistant credential of David Andrew Novick for at least five years. In 2015, Novick was convicted of eight counts of first-degree computer trespass — domestic violence.
