A third teenage boy has been arrested in connection with a June robbery on North Garrison Road.

Seep Miller II, 16, of Vancouver made a first appearance Thursday in Clark County Superior Court on suspicion of first-degree robbery. His bail was set at $100,000, court records show.

Two alleged co-defendants, 16-year-old Colton J. Abbott, and 15-year-old Efson Antonious, are also facing robbery allegations. Like Miller, Abbott’s case is being heard in Superior Court because of the boys’ ages and the nature of the allegation. Antonious’ case is in juvenile court.

According to court records, Miller drove Abbott and Antonious to the area of Northeast Ninth Street and North Garrison Road. In an interview with police, Abbott said he was looking for a person to rob for gas money.

The boys then saw 29-year-old Christopher Remor riding his bicycle, and Abbott asked Miller to stop so he could approach Remor on foot, the affidavit states.

Abbott and Antonious exited the vehicle and yanked Remor from his bicycle. Abbott allegedly pointed a loaded semi-automatic handgun at Remor, while Antonious kicked him in the head. They then stole his cellphone, backpack and jacket, according to court documents.

Miller reportedly told police he acted as the lookout during the robbery and that he had Remor’s stolen cellphone, court records said.

He will be arraigned Sept. 14.
