Slow Foods Southwest Washington will host a fall fundraising feast next month.

Taste Renaissance, which will start at 5 p.m. on Nov. 15 at WareHouse ’23, will feature creations from six Southwest Washington chefs preparing hors d’oeuvres, a main course and dessert. There will also be a wine bar, cheese course, silent auction and live auction.

Marci Shuman of Cascadia Creamery will be the featured speaker, and will discuss the growing demand for artisan cheeses.

Pre-sale tickets are $65 or $100 for VIP tickets through 9 p.m. Sunday. After that, prices go up to $75 and $120, respectively. There are also available add-ons of cheese, wine and beer. To buy tickets, visit slowfoodswwa.com. Slow Foods Southwest Washington is the local chapter of an international organization promoting locally grown food and sustainable farming.
