Slow Foods Southwest Washington will host a fall fundraising feast next month.
Taste Renaissance, which will start at 5 p.m. on Nov. 15 at WareHouse ’23, will feature creations from six Southwest Washington chefs preparing hors d’oeuvres, a main course and dessert. There will also be a wine bar, cheese course, silent auction and live auction.
Marci Shuman of Cascadia Creamery will be the featured speaker, and will discuss the growing demand for artisan cheeses.
